About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers Biller (Associate to Principal)
  • Manage personnel which includes hiring/separation, training and development
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and team performance
  • Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with project delivery standards and best practices
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, KPIs, and other metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience， ideally in business or technology
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile) strongly preferred
  • 5-8 years of related experience in a project management or leadership role
  • Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated external customer-facing experience
