Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required.
Must have 2 years Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning.
Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as behavioral health, emergency medicine, primary care, hospital medicine, medical-surgical nursing, and emergency room protocols.
Proficient in taking vital signs and performing basic nursing assessments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
