About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the GM of TPO to develop and execute a multi-year product vision.
Lead the development of our TPO lending ecosystem.
Spearhead the design and launch of a high-conversion self-service portal.
Collaborate with the Lead Qualification and Decisioning teams to ensure real-time automated underwriting and risk-appropriate pricing are integrated into the TPO workflow.
Take accountability for critical channel metrics, including partner onboarding speed, pull-through rates, and loan origination volume.
Act as the central hub between Engineering, Capital Markets, Sales, Underwriting & Ops, Risk, and Compliance.
Cultivate relationships with key third-party technology collaborators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in Mortgage TPO, Fintech, or Lending platforms.
Deep understanding of the TPO industry, including the nuances of wholesale vs. correspondent channels, mortgage origination workflows, and lien (HELOC/HELOAN) products.
Experience with API-first product development, mortgage LOS integrations, and automated decisioning/rules engines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
