Perform large-scale data analysis to support HR business goals, including extraction, transformation, and translating results into actionable insights.
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers for key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, headcount, hiring, mobility, performance, engagement).
Assess HR data sources (HRIS, ATS, performance tools) to improve data quality, consistency, and governance.
Partner with HR leadership to define standard metrics, definitions, and reporting frameworks for clarity and trust in HR data.
Build predictive models to identify attrition risk, hiring bottlenecks, and workforce trends.
Deliver insights beyond descriptive analytics, focusing on “what’s likely to happen and why.”
Analyze hiring funnel data to optimize metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate conversion.
Create executive-ready insights and storytelling for senior leaders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Master's degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in BI development or HR analytics with strong proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, with a focus on supporting Human Resources partners.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with HR process automation and platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
