About the role

  • Traffic growth by designing experiences that are highly ranked by search engines, LLM’s, and social experiences.
  • Engagement by designing, testing, and optimizing experiences that compel users to interact, learn, and pursue membership.
  • Convert by designing, testing, and optimizing experiences that help users move from debt problem to debt solution.
  • Turn insights into outcomes by partnering with Product and Data to identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and design measurable experiments that move key business metrics.
  • Own the user journey by creating the first impression and nurturing the user to conversion—designing intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-optimized experiences.
  • Bring ideas to life through end-to-end design: discovery, rapid prototyping, testing, high-fidelity visuals, and production-ready specs.
  • Drive innovation, shape new product experiences and connect the dots across customer needs, market shifts and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate for impact with the Agile team of product manager, engineers, quality assurance, and data to ensure seamless execution and consumer/business impact.
  • Advocate for both user and business success, ensuring that every design decision leverages consumer understanding to deliver measurable consumer and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system so that it’s pragmatic, efficient, and effective at delivering business and consumer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful consumer web products in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
  • Experience designing to optimize for traffic generation, engagement, and conversion-oriented experiences.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and user psychology in digital growth contexts.
  • Strong UX design judgement to compel and engage consumers paired with pragmatic sense of how to implement for efficient development and business/consumer impact.
  • High energy, strong work ethic. You are thoughtful in design but push the team to rapid test, learn, optimize cycles.
  • Cutting edge on design, AI, and prototyping tool technology (e.g., Figma) and democratizing small/rapid design changes to free yourself for the high impact designs.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
