About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, monitoring timelines and ensuring materials are delivered within established deadlines.
Support logistics and coordination of scientific events, trainings and brand activations, liaising with vendors and monitoring the budget.
Monitor the execution of marketing campaigns, track KPIs and support analysis of results.
Obtain quotes, follow up on deliveries and ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
Prepare presentations, reports and analyses for strategic meetings and budget monitoring for the area.
Support internal processes related to purchase requests, payments and marketing contracts.
Update and maintain the schedule of product launches, campaigns and unit events.
Assist in collecting and organizing information on the market, competitors and consumer behavior.
Support relationships with suppliers and partners, monitoring negotiations, timelines and deliveries.
Contribute to market and competitor analyses, identifying opportunities to support decision-making and strengthen the brands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Propaganda, Business Administration, Pharmacy or related fields.
Previous experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, beauty segments or related areas.
Experience in developing and monitoring marketing campaigns, product launches, events and interfacing with suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to create executive presentations and perform analyses.
Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with good communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
