About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning, monitoring and control of clinical projects (schedules, milestones, risks and budgets).
Monitor the progress of clinical studies (e.g., bioequivalence, Phase I–IV), ensuring alignment with protocols, timelines and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and update management reports, dashboards and project performance indicators.
Serve as an interface with internal areas (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply, Medical-Scientific) and external partners (CROs and research centers).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering or related fields.
Basic knowledge of applicable regulations (ANVISA, relevant RDCs, ICH-GCP).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI).
Advanced English for meetings with international stakeholders and for reading and drafting technical documents.
Prior experience (internship or junior role) in clinical development, CROs or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Knowledge of clinical research, pharmacokinetics or bioequivalence/bioavailability studies is a plus.
Postgraduate degree or courses in Project Management, MBA, Clinical Research, Drug Development and/or Regulatory Affairs are a plus.
