About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical leadership: ensure compliance with architecture and security guidelines and participate in recommending the most appropriate technologies for each project. Guide the team in critical design and development decisions. Promote software engineering best practices such as clean code and automated testing.
Demand and project management: ensure deliveries meet business requirements and deadlines. Monitor task progress and remove impediments that may delay development. Collaborate with IT Business Partners and other areas to define priorities.
Software development: develop new solutions (when required), enhance and maintain existing processes within Salesforce, and provide technical guidance to internal team members and/or external squads.
Innovation and continuous improvement: identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization. Encourage adoption of new technologies and methodologies to increase efficiency and drive innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and/or industry cloud solutions.
Experience in Data Model (standard and custom objects and fields).
Experience with Visualforce and Lightning components.
Understanding of design patterns applied in Salesforce.
Strong ability to map business processes and identify improvements using Salesforce.
Experience in functional documentation, including use cases, process flows and detailed specifications.
Experience in Salesforce implementation, continuous improvement, or platform customization projects.
Familiarity with integrations via APIs and the ability to monitor integrations (checking integration logs such as errors in middleware or in Salesforce).
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
Debug logs: ability to enable and analyze logs to identify failures in automations (such as triggers, workflows or process builders).
Developer Console: basic usage to follow transactions and errors.
Ability to perform functional error diagnosis and troubleshooting, identifying common issues such as incorrect validations, inconsistent configurations, or user permission errors.
Ability to use audit reports (Field History, Setup Audit Trail) to investigate changes.
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Apex.
Proficiency in languages specific to the company stack (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, React, etc.).
Previous experience with DevOps.
Awareness of secure development practices and data protection.
Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
