About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to employees and managers via email, phone, Microsoft Teams and helpdesk tickets;
- Handle requests related to Personnel Administration, Benefits, Hiring and Termination;
- Monitor SLAs and service performance indicators;
- Assist with employee record changes and system updates;
- Resolve discrepancies and provide support to internal client areas;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations;
- Support processes related to eSocial, payroll and operational controls;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
- Strong focus on servicing employees and internal customers;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
