About the role

  • Plan together with the factory, interacting directly with a multidisciplinary team (Weighing, Packaging Lines, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Pharmaceutical Development, PMO and Quality Control)
  • Monitor the production process and update scheduling information
  • Record daily events and occurrences that could prevent meeting sales commitments and/or delivery of the plan, and participate in and monitor the action plan
  • Release production orders in accordance with factory scheduling
  • Track raw materials and bulk supplies to ensure execution of the schedule
  • Request and monitor bulk transfers between plants
  • Control and prevent execution of intermediate manufacturing steps outside the time limits established by Quality (holding time)
  • Control daily and keep updated project activities (change control) and Non-Conformance Records (NCR) relevant to Production Planning and Control (Factory)
  • Prepare and review operational procedures

Requirements

  • Experience with manufacturing scheduling routines (shop floor scheduling), monitoring delivered vs. scheduled, and recording variances and events for documentation and reporting
  • Experience in industry: Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Chemical, or Food
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC (MPS / MRP / MM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Technology, or related fields
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP systems
  • Knowledge/development of Excel macros (VBA, Power Query)
  • Knowledge of Power BI
