About the role
- Onboard new clients and guide them through their implementation journey
- Configure KlarPris according to each customer's needs, suppliers, and workflows
- Share best practices and industry tips to help users get the most out of the platform
- Conduct online training sessions, workshops, and ongoing check-ins
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact before, during, and after setup
- Document customer feedback and share insights with our Product team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, software implementation or onboarding.
- Background in or strong familiarity with the installation industry (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or HVAC sector).
- Communicates confidently with both hands-on professionals and system administrators.
- Structured, proactive, and thrives on creating order and delivering value.
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish and comfortable communicating in English.
