About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand user pain points and business goals using methods such as interviews, usability tests, field observations, and qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Map user journeys and navigation flows, identifying friction points and opportunities.
  • Define information architecture.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into user-centered solutions.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility across interfaces.
  • Validate hypotheses and prototypes with stakeholders and users.
  • Actively participate in the squad ceremonies (planning, daily, review, refinement).
  • Deliver clear assets and specifications for engineering (handoff via Figma/Storybook).
  • Support the product and engineering teams in prioritizing and discussing solutions.
  • Perform heuristic analyses and monitor usage and satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct A/B tests and propose evidence-based adjustments.
  • Document design learnings and evolutions.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system with new components.
  • Ensure visual standardization and consistency across products and teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio containing end-to-end case studies.
  • Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam).
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience with design systems, documenting decisions, and handoff to engineering.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
