About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand user pain points and business goals using methods such as interviews, usability tests, field observations, and qualitative and quantitative research.
Map user journeys and navigation flows, identifying friction points and opportunities.
Define information architecture.
Translate business and technical requirements into user-centered solutions.
Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility across interfaces.
Validate hypotheses and prototypes with stakeholders and users.
Actively participate in the squad ceremonies (planning, daily, review, refinement).
Deliver clear assets and specifications for engineering (handoff via Figma/Storybook).
Support the product and engineering teams in prioritizing and discussing solutions.
Perform heuristic analyses and monitor usage and satisfaction metrics.
Conduct A/B tests and propose evidence-based adjustments.
Document design learnings and evolutions.
Maintain and evolve the design system with new components.
Ensure visual standardization and consistency across products and teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio containing end-to-end case studies.
Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam).
Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
Experience in user research, usability testing, and quantitative analysis.
Experience with design systems, documenting decisions, and handoff to engineering.
Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
