Active Relationship Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound contact with customers to inform them about approved and pre-approved credit limits and refer them to our accredited partners;
- Generate interest in personal credit products using consultative and persuasive approach techniques;
- Follow scripts and service standards to ensure quality and consistency in communication;
- Adapt language and approach according to the customer profile to provide a personalized experience;
- Accurately and neatly record interactions and information in the system;
- Monitor proposals and perform follow-up with interested customers;
- Contribute to achieving individual and team targets, with a focus on performance and results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initiative: ability to act proactively and seek solutions independently;
- Sense of urgency: agility and focus on resolving tasks efficiently;
- Persuasion: ability to ethically and strategically influence and engage customers;
- Results-oriented: commitment to targets and delivering high performance.
- Knowledge of sales techniques: consultative selling, negotiation, and closing;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office: especially Excel and Outlook for organizing and tracking activities.
