Provide quality customer service to one of Acendas Travel's corporate clients.
Accurately manage all travel requests, completing domestic and/or international reservations, processing group air transactions.
Respond to client requests and inquiries through multiple channels such as phone, email, text/SMS.
Create clear and concise itineraries which include all pertinent information.
Update traveler profiles as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school degree; required, college experience, a plus.
Minimum of three (3) years’ recent corporate travel experience required; travel agent or similar capacity required, group air experience preferred.
Advanced working knowledge of corporate travel technology products, GDS (Sabre), Online Booking Tool (Concur); required.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; required.
Familiarity with Salesforce; preferred.
