About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research, write, and maintain original educational course content across Aceable’s licensing verticals
Update and improve existing courses to reflect regulatory changes, quality improvements, and evolving instructional standards
Use Aceable’s proprietary course management tools and AI-assisted content workflows to author and manage curriculum
Collaborate with designers on infographics, scenario illustrations, animations, and study guides
Maintain Aceable’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across produced content
Identify opportunities to create scalable and reusable work across states and verticals
Support content creation for Aceable.com, including articles and landing page copy
Participate in editorial review cycles and incorporate feedback from coworkers and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of writing and/or content management experience in a consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency with AI tools and thoughtful judgment about using AI efficiently
Ability to quickly learn and apply brand voice, style guidelines, and content frameworks
Comfort working within structured production systems and templates while bringing creativity
Organized and self-directed, with ability to manage multiple writing projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently on long-term writing projects
Systems-oriented thinking focused on content reuse and scalability
Experience with content management systems or course authoring tools (bonus)
Familiarity with instructional design principles or adult learning theory (bonus)
Domain knowledge in insurance, mortgage, real estate, or drivers ed (bonus)
