About the role

  • Be responsible for generating opportunities and building the relationships necessary to grow the account;
  • Ensure the commercial scope of proposals is detailed and clear;
  • Define and ensure the client engagement strategy: account plan, influence map, opportunity management, etc.;
  • Support strategic alignments with the client;
  • P&L management: control costs during proposal negotiation and project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative/complex sales - advanced (consulting or services sales);
  • Experience in B2B account management - intermediate/advanced;
  • Strong ability in opportunity and business development - advanced (we welcome candidates still developing this skill);
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with C-level executives at large companies - advanced (experience leading C-level conversations is a plus);
  • Ability to define, plan and execute commercial strategies - advanced (strategic thinking, especially data-driven);
  • Knowledge of innovation and business strategy initiatives - advanced level.
