About the role
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted transaction goals within the contract period.
- Collaborate with pay-out partners to improve service delivery and ensure pricing competitiveness.
- Lead negotiations with payout partners to secure competitive pricing and favourable contract terms.
- Analyse pricing structures and propose rate adjustments to ensure the business remains competitive in the market.
- Finalize pricing agreements with partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team on daily rates and fee analysis to optimize pricing strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute two region-specific campaigns to increase customer engagement.
- Evaluate the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Negotiate favourable terms to expand pay-out networks and enhance market penetration.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, transaction volumes, price negotiations, and licensing progress.
- Develop comprehensive performance reports at the end of each month, focusing on key metrics such as pricing competitiveness, transaction volumes, and partner engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation.
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and pricing negotiations, preferably in the remittance or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regional regulatory requirements and competitive pricing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially on pricing and rate deals.
