About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Service all system issues on time and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and repair customer systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Perform warranty work
- Suggest system improvements and modifications
- Work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- High school diploma/GED
- EPA Universal certification
- Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for A/C systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years of US driving experience
- This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
