About the role
- You are responsible for the management and productivity of all Enrollment Counselors.
- You lead an Enrollment team of 10-12 team members tasked with recruiting students in degree and professional development programs.
- Daily management of the team includes tracking and reporting of certain key metrics.
- Interviews and hires Enrollment Counselors using approved methods and models.
- Conducts ongoing group and one-on-one training as needed to ensure the team develops critical skills.
- Provides constructive feedback to staff throughout the year.
- Responsible for departmental goals, adequate forecasting and strategy for goal achievement.
- Works cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in enrollment team processes.
- Ensures the team is compliant and trained in all regards to all school/company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years experience managing a successful enrollment team in a remote environment strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years outside sales experience.
- Experience managing a large geographic territory.
- Available for travel up to 25%.
- Competent using technologies including; CRM for account management and Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
- Experience managing external and internal resources.
- Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing needs.
- Must have strong conflict resolution, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
