About the role
- Oversee and manage complex IT programs aligned with ACE's strategic goals
- Act as operational lead partner with the development lead to turn strategy into execution
- Oversee and manage Product Owners, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters
- Work with senior leadership to create long-term strategic roadmaps for IT initiatives
- Establish objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for IT programs and projects
- Determine IT resources needed for program success and keep track of progress toward goals
- Address roadblocks and mitigate risks during program execution
- Ensure Scrum practices are in place and followed
- Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on program status, risks, and issues
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure program alignment and manage expectations
- Oversee IT financial health by managing budgets and departmental budget efficiency
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate contracts with external partners
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and provide feedback and performance evaluations
- Create policies and procedures with product and development teams to manage work intake and breakdown
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations
- Analyze team and program performance post-completion and identify areas for improvement
- Integrate AI responsibly into workflows with reporting requirements if AI accounts for more than 50% of work
- Maintain minimum internet bandwidth speeds of 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for remote work

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in an IT environment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
