Operations

• Primary caretaker of platforms, networks, and databases keeping ACD Direct running 24×7; apply DevOps practices to streamline build and release processes
• Operate, monitor, and harden hybrid infrastructure (Azure + two on-prem data-centers)
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server: backups, tuning, High Availability/DR, and SSIS jobs
• Manage Windows & Linux servers, patching, capacity planning, and performance troubleshooting
• Own Azure AD / on-prem AD: users, groups, GPOs, conditional access, and SSO integrations
• Maintain endpoint compliance (PCI DSS), vulnerability remediation, and audit readiness
• Create and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and CMDB records
• Provide Tier-3 escalation for incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Functions, Containers, and web apps; codify infrastructure with Bicep or Terraform and promote via pull requests
• Automate repetitive tasks with Python or PowerShell (build scripts, health checks, self-healing jobs)
• Collaborate with Developers & QA to shorten release cycles and improve rollback safety
• Monitor dashboards, respond to alerts, drive MTTR down, and evolve observability stack
• Review infrastructure PRs, enforce coding standards, and champion security-as-code
• Execute DR tests and capacity drills; refine RPO/RTO targets
• Tune SQL queries, indexes, and ETL jobs supporting fundraising workloads
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
