About the role

  • You will drive growth by engaging with key decision-makers at the practice level and across Primary Care Networks.
  • You will expand our presence within Community and Mental Health trusts, engaging with everyone from service teams to trust leadership.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities from scratch, executing targeted outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers within your specific NHS market.
  • Mastering the art of the solution sale, leading compelling discovery calls and product demos that clearly articulate how our technology solves real-world problems for healthcare staff and patients.
  • Driving the full sales cycle with pace and precision, from qualifying leads and prioritising high-potential opportunities to supporting negotiations and closing deals that expand our impact.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, or a demonstrated passion for the field through relevant projects or internships.
  • An exceptional communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and tailor complex information to different stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with a proven ability to thrive and prioritise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit, focused on seeking feedback and succeeding as part of a mission-driven team.
  • Energy, curiosity, and resilience, with a genuine motivation to improve healthcare for millions of NHS staff and patients.
  • A background in the NHS or healthcare-related experience is a bonus, but not essential.
