Driving deep transformation by leading big-scale rollouts for complex products like Scribe
Standing firm on implementation plans and managing commercial expectations
Owning the AI journey, becoming the go-to expert on emerging AI features
Closing the feedback loop by reviewing practice cohorts after go-live
Using internal AI dashboards to handle data management and automate repetitive tasks
Looking for ways to improve processes and having the autonomy to change them

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience managing complex implementations in a fast-paced business
Comfortable having tough conversations with stakeholders
Natural communicator, able to explain technical or complex changes clearly
Relentlessly resourceful and can find creative ways to solve problems
Motivated by the idea of fixing healthcare communication
