About the role

  • Drive expansion into the complex acute care market by identifying high-potential NHS Trusts and building a robust sales pipeline
  • Build strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within NHS Trusts, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor on healthcare transformation
  • Connect the pressing challenges of acute services to Accurx solutions, run impactful pilots and projects that provide tangible evidence of improved patient care and efficiency
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing and provide evidence-based insights to overcome objections
  • Collaborate closely with implementation, product, and client success teams to ensure solutions meet real-world needs
  • Be mission-critical in shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS and expanding Accurx's reach across hospitals and GP practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of building meaningful relationships with accounts
  • A deep understanding of the NHS and experience working with Acute Trusts is highly desirable
  • A bias for action, initiative, and the drive to manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Tenacity and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections with evidence-based insights
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance a data-driven approach with scale and automation
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with implementation, product, and client success teams
  • Right to work checks and pre-employment screening required (Basic DBS, referencing & right to work)
