About the role
- Secure qualified meetings/presentations with radiation oncology departments
- Drive prospecting activity via phone, email, digital outreach and targeted in-person efforts
- Develop working knowledge of Accuray platforms
- Align meetings with customer needs
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Director and Clinical Sales Director
- Support preparation and follow up for customer meetings
- Track appointment setting activity and follow up actions in CRM
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Requirements
- Experience in medical device or hospital based sales
- Exposure to hospital systems, cancer centers
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to move laterally and horizontally within the customers organization
- Highly effective communication skills
- Attention to details
- Clear track record of successful sales results
- Ability to manage numerous tasks and projects at one time
- Ability to take responsibility and achieves results
