About the role

  • Secure qualified meetings/presentations with radiation oncology departments
  • Drive prospecting activity via phone, email, digital outreach and targeted in-person efforts
  • Develop working knowledge of Accuray platforms
  • Align meetings with customer needs
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Director and Clinical Sales Director
  • Support preparation and follow up for customer meetings
  • Track appointment setting activity and follow up actions in CRM
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Experience in medical device or hospital based sales
  • Exposure to hospital systems, cancer centers
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to move laterally and horizontally within the customers organization
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Clear track record of successful sales results
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks and projects at one time
  • Ability to take responsibility and achieves results
