Architect & Build Test Automation: Design robust, maintainable automation frameworks using modern languages and tools.
Lead & Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including company leadership, product management, and other developers, to turn requirements into repeatable business driven testing.
Quality Gates & Analytics: Implement quality gates based on quantifiable metrics including defect escape rate, test reliability, and coverage of meaningful layers.
Mentor & Influence: Coach engineers on testability, design-for-quality and clean code practices while leading test strategy on complex initiatives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in software testing with a demonstrated focus on test automation or quality engineering at scale.
Proficiency in One or More Languages: Rust, JavaScript, Python, C++
Preferred/Plus: Solid Understanding of Cloud-Native Architectures (Microservices, Event-Driven, Messaging)
Experience with Containerized Deployment Patterns
Experience with BDD
Experience with Feature Flags and Progressive Delivery
Power Industry Experience
Effective Competency in One or More of: UI Automation, API/Service Testing, Back-End/Service Automation, Performance Testing
