Technical Program Manager

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned utility programs, from client onboarding to ongoing operations and optimization.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client-ready reports.
• Anticipate risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for utility clients, fostering strong, transparent relationships.
• Understand client goals and performance metrics, ensuring program activities align with desired outcomes.
• Deliver updates, dashboards, and insights to utility partners, highlighting results and recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide structured client feedback, feature requests, and user insights — acting as the voice of the customer.
• Work closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and refine customer recruitment and engagement strategies.
• As part of Operations, align resource planning, field execution, and support workflows.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as enrollment, participation, satisfaction, and load impact.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend design or operational adjustments to help utilities achieve their goals.
• Contribute to internal performance dashboards and share insights that inform company strategy.
• Continuously refine processes to improve scalability, consistency, and client satisfaction.

QA Engineer

• The Software Quality Engineer is responsible for the quality of our software product initiatives in electric power system analysis, visualization, and optimization of electric utility data.
• You will help shape testing strategy and take the initiative to drive quality across the team.
• This role is about breaking things before customers do, catching bugs that others miss, and pushing our products to the limit to make sure they hold up in the real world.
• Set the tone for quality by creating and leading smart, results-driven testing strategies
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and existing functionalities of software products
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, integration, security, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system, working closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and use cases
• Drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies
• Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Assess and integrate industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Assist in the creation of user documentation and training materials
• Assist with customer support or on-site testing for critical issues as needed

Quality Engineer

Hardware Engineer

• Research new circuit technologies to incorporate into new designs
• Select circuit board components and conduct cost estimates
• Design analog and digital circuits, including simulation, BOM creation, schematic capture, and board layout.
• Write, simulate, and test HDL for FPGA-based designs
• Prototype circuit boards to validate design concepts
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to bring designs to production
• Test and validate designs, analyzing hardware failures and implementing improvements
• Work closely with software engineers to bring up prototypes and troubleshoot issues

Project Manager

• Seek highly skilled and motivated OT Project Manager with electric utility industry experience.
• Work closely with clients on projects providing design advisement, technology roadmap planning, project implementation oversight, and operations optimization.
• Assist in preparing proposals, creating pursuit presentations, and supporting contract negotiations.
• Collaborate in review and development of contract agreements.
• Define project strategies with leadership that align with business and client priorities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships to support future business.
• Develop and maintain project implementation plans and schedules with clients and subject matter experts.
