About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adult clients
  • Teach and reinforce skills through coaching, modeling, and guidance
  • Complete Functional Assessments and develop Individual Treatment Plans
  • Support clients in improving daily living, social, coping, and independent living skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field and: 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing services to individuals with mental illness; or Fluency in a qualifying non-English language, completion of 40 hours of mental health services training, and weekly clinical supervision until 2,000 hours are obtained.
  • 4,000 hours of experience providing services to persons with mental illness.
  • Current graduate student in a behavioral science or related field completing an approved clinical placement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems
  • Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
