About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Process sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Assist in month-end bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and overseas clients when required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting Outsourcing/KPO firm.
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping.
- Experience with US Accounting is preferred.
- Candidates with UK, UAE, Singapore, or similar international accounting exposure are also encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
