About the role

  • Lead the execution of implementation and customer success projects, ensuring technical quality, predictability, and adherence to methodology
  • Plan, monitor, and prioritize the weekly activities of the implementation team, ensuring deadlines and delivery standards are met
  • Actively participate in strategic project decisions, connecting technical, operational, and business perspectives
  • Map and structure accounting and financial closing routines with clients, ensuring accurate translation of processes into the platform
  • Build, validate, and review financial statements and management presentations used in solution configuration
  • Validate schedules, scope, risks, and key project documents (Blueprints) with stakeholders
  • Provide continuous technical oversight of deliverables across all project phases, proactively addressing deviations
  • Develop the team through technical guidance, training, and support in resolving accounting and system-related issues
  • Actively manage the portfolio of clients under your responsibility, tracking success, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
  • Lead implementations of complex accounting structures, including multi-currency environments, GAAP adjustments, and differing regulations
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, BRGAAP and USGAAP in deliverables, configurations, and consolidations
  • Consolidate accounting and financial information from multiple sources directly through the platform
  • Work closely with CFOs, Controllers, and Auditors, ensuring a high level of technical expertise, trust, and credibility in deliverables
  • Support audit processes and technical reviews conducted by clients
  • Contribute to building long-term relationships by identifying continuous improvement opportunities across the customer journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Solid experience in Accounting and Controllership, with mastery of closing routines and financial analysis
  • Previous leadership experience with a focus on work organization, performance monitoring, and delivering results
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting statements, including Balance Sheet (BP), Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL), Value Added Statement (DVA), and explanatory notes
  • Deep knowledge of accounting fundamentals, such as double-entry bookkeeping, trial balance, general ledger, and the structure of financial statements
  • Experience consolidating financial data from multiple sources and preparing management reports and analyses
  • Ability to work on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and high technical demands
  • Experience in implementation projects, client onboarding, or SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Experience in direct client relationships, especially in financial and accounting contexts
