About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first point of contact for tax-related questions.
- You assist our users via chat, email, phone, and video conference.
- You support the community with demonstrations, webinars, and by writing FAQs.
- You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team to convey new ideas and resolve issues.
- You design strategies to retain users and persuade them to subscribe and file their taxes with us.
- You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native French speaker with fluent English.
- Strong attention to detail and a constant focus on quality.
- Ability to assist and persuade our customers.
- Able to work independently while functioning well in a team.
- Hands-on mindset and ready to start immediately.
- Knowledge of finance is an advantage but not required.
