Junior Customer Success Officer
AccountableJunior Customer Success Officer assisting self-employed individuals with tax questions via various communication channels. Supporting the community while collaborating with product and marketing teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Junior Customer Success Officer (Tax Coach), you are the first help for tax questions.
- Via chat, email, phone or video call, you assist our users.
- You support the community with demos, webinars and drafting FAQs.
- You act as a bridge between self-employed users and our product team, both for passing on new ideas and resolving issues.
- You devise strategies to retain and persuade users to subscribe and submit taxes with us.
- You contribute to improving our UX and work closely with the marketing team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
- You have an eye for detail and always focus on quality.
- You are strong in communication and know exactly how to help and convince our customers.
- You can work well independently, but also function well in a team.
- You feel completely at home in the energetic and rapidly changing environment of a start-up.
- You have a practical attitude, get to work immediately and see opportunities everywhere.
- Financial knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement - we will quickly bring you up to speed during your onboarding.
