About the role

  • You actively contribute to the business success of Accountable Banking.
  • You help optimize workflows that drive the success of Accountable Banking.
  • You support the design of internal and external processes.
  • As part of the Customer Success team for Accountable Banking Germany, you are involved in direct customer communication to support our users.
  • You act as the interface between our users and our banking partner.
  • You develop your own ideas and concepts for user communication and implement them in coordination with the team.
  • You work with our colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to further develop user communication and engagement.
  • You assist with continuous testing to improve our user journeys in the mobile and web apps.
  • You work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training, or relevant professional experience
  • You are an open, outgoing person with strong communication skills and a good degree of empathy.
  • You have strong empathy and can easily put yourself in the shoes of our German users.
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and initiative, are motivated and results-oriented.
  • You are interested in self-employment and related topics; ideally you already have some experience in this area.
  • You have flawless written and spoken German and can express yourself well. You are also comfortable with business English.
  • You are eager to work at a growing, highly motivated startup and enjoy actively contributing to the company through your work.
