Requirements
- 2 years of Virtual Assisting experience [preferred]
- Non-profit or ministry experience [preferred]
- Portrays confidence and professional authority
- Ability to anticipate needs
- High level of loyalty and discretion
- Must have some day-time availability (9am-5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join zoom meetings when needed
- High-level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc.
- Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software
- Forward thinking - you anticipate needs or problems before they arise
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
