About the role
- Generate and review renewal and expansion quotes with clients; respond to related questions or concerns
- Cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and work directly with CSM sales team members to expand their current subscription
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align client feedback with ongoing client needs and initiatives
- Assist clients in making informed decisions about their software subscriptions
Requirements
- 1+ yr of experience completing Sage Intacct, Sage 100 Contractor renewals
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- 1+ year of experience ensuring software subscription renewals
- 1+ year of experience driving revenue through upselling and subscription expansion
- 1+ year of experience in a client experience or customer service role
- Previous experience working in Salesforce
- Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels, including the C-suite
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and improve processes for efficiency
