About the role

  • Audit service records, including service plans, budget allocations, and service authorizations to evaluate whether information is recorded accurately.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Accord policies and procedures, rules and regulations of the State of Minnesota, and requirements of contracted providers to the audit process.
  • Conduct quality audits across the department; seek areas for improvement, identify issues and trends, and create action plans to correct problem areas.
  • Analyze data to identify trends or patterns of incomplete or missing information.
  • Communicate audit findings to department leaders; collaborate with others to develop plans to address any issues or errors present.
  • Document billable audit services in the electronic health record/database system within 1 business day.
  • Provide forward thinking; propose opportunities to improve the case management program and audit process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience in a case management and quality initiatives required.
  • Knowledge of human service programs and practices.
