Audit service records, including service plans, budget allocations, and service authorizations to evaluate whether information is recorded accurately.
Apply in-depth knowledge of Accord policies and procedures, rules and regulations of the State of Minnesota, and requirements of contracted providers to the audit process.
Conduct quality audits across the department; seek areas for improvement, identify issues and trends, and create action plans to correct problem areas.
Analyze data to identify trends or patterns of incomplete or missing information.
Communicate audit findings to department leaders; collaborate with others to develop plans to address any issues or errors present.
Document billable audit services in the electronic health record/database system within 1 business day.
Provide forward thinking; propose opportunities to improve the case management program and audit process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have at least one (1) year experience in a case management and quality initiatives required.
Knowledge of human service programs and practices.
