About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You operate and monitor client infrastructures (Windows clients, endpoint management)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed IT training or have equivalent practical experience
  • You have experience in IT operations or support (e.g., 2nd level, workplace environment or system administration)
  • You are familiar with Windows client environments
  • You have experience with endpoint management tools (primarily Matrix42, Empirum or similar)
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and enjoy tackling problems independently
  • You speak fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Ideally, you have already worked with Microsoft Intune (e.g., device management, policies, software distribution)
  • You can implement basic automations, e.g., with PowerShell, or are interested in developing these skills
  • You bring knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies or endpoint security
  • You know the basics of ITIL processes (e.g., incident, change or problem management)
  • You are interested in modern workplace topics and want to develop further in this area
