About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic partnership: You act as a central sparring partner for our clients up to C-level (CIO) and develop long-term relationships.
- Holistic leadership: You assume professional, financial and personnel responsibility for our Customer Center.
- Leadership of leaders: You coach your team leads, foster their development and create a high-performance culture for optimal service quality.
- Service excellence: You manage strategic service management and are the decisive authority in critical escalation cases (Major Incidents).
- Business growth: You identify revenue opportunities, negotiate contracts confidently and actively support tenders for key accounts.
- Operational control: You have budgets, resources and KPIs firmly under control and make well-founded personnel decisions.
- Transformation: You proactively shape transitions and change processes and ensure the timely achievement of strategic goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced leader: You have several years of leadership experience in IT managed services and have successfully coached and developed team leads.
- Service professional: ITIL processes and IT service management are your home. You know how to manage budgets and use resources efficiently.
- Confident communicator: Whether with your own team or at C-level (CIO) with the client – you present yourself with negotiation confidence, authenticity and diplomacy.
- Strategic thinker: You recognize economic levers, make clear decisions and have experience supporting transition projects.
- Technical foundation: You bring a solid IT background to understand your clients' challenges without needing to perform administrative tasks yourself.
- Mindset: You act entrepreneurially, keep an overview even in critical phases and combine service mentality with assertiveness.
