About the role
- Lead the UX design of core platform journeys (e.g., onboarding, search/discovery, bookings, ratings, support).
- Translate product strategy into wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with researchers and PMs to understand user needs via interviews, surveys, analytics, and testing.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and feasibility.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to improve team craft quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience with at least 2 years in senior-level roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work for web and native mobile apps.
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, or similar.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
