About the role
- Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- Provides consultation to users and may lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- Produces datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- Researches, plans and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data
- Supports the CUSA Audit and Business Consultation department and collaborates with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or MIS discipline
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (SQL, Python & Tableau preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to drive to completion
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship
