About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of Specialists and drive all Ink Jet sales activities throughout the organization.
Implement team's strategic plans for achieving territory quota and maximizing long-term account revenue opportunities.
Meet and/or exceed revenue and unit requirements set by management.
Maintain balanced performance among all team members.
Attract and retain key sales talent through effective use of HR processes (interviewing, hiring, coaching and corrective actions as necessary).
Develop team members’ skills and knowledge in all necessary areas.
Develop and maintain proficiency and superior knowledge of products, programs, pricing, and policies.
Develop relationships and lead the development of high-level strategies for all sales opportunities within assignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
7 years of related experience
Up to 40% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary) including overnights and weekends.
