About the role

  • Expand the Vendor Finance, CFS Dealer network and solicit new business
  • Solicit new business from Vendor Finance Dealers and onboard new dealers to CFS leasing services
  • Manage and grow existing dealer relationships and increase new business volume and application activity
  • Use professional persuasion to understand dealer needs and provide CFS financing solutions
  • Negotiate and prepare documentation; review documentation ensuring adherence to CFS programs
  • Use Salesforce to track sales calls, activities, follow-up tasks and new opportunities
  • Support dealer sales efforts with marketing materials and training; deliver webinars, virtual presentations and in-person sales talks
  • Document transactions using Nexus and other CFS systems and support lease transaction documentation for customer signature
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Customer Service, Pricing, Tax, etc.) to facilitate lease transactions and resolve issues
  • Provide accurate weekly sales forecast updates and participate in department projects and beta testing
  • Participate in trade shows, dealer meetings and channel partner events and travel as needed
  • Price lease transactions using TValue and HP financial calculator and support education for newer team members

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree required
  • 3+ years of Dealer Finance Sales experience
  • 5+ years of transactional finance required
  • Proven relationship management skills in the leasing industry
  • Proficient in finance structures and programs utilized in leasing industry
  • Proficiency of Credit concepts
  • Strong math aptitude, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written, verbal and group
  • Strong computer skills including advance knowledge of TValue, Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Nexus and Leasewave
  • Possess and demonstrate a thorough understanding of T-Value software and HP financial calculator use to price lease transactions
  • Travel up to 10% to Trade Shows, Dealer Visits, and Customer Visits
  • Team player with high energy, positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative
