About the role
- Expand the Vendor Finance, CFS Dealer network and solicit new business
- Solicit new business from Vendor Finance Dealers and onboard new dealers to CFS leasing services
- Manage and grow existing dealer relationships and increase new business volume and application activity
- Use professional persuasion to understand dealer needs and provide CFS financing solutions
- Negotiate and prepare documentation; review documentation ensuring adherence to CFS programs
- Use Salesforce to track sales calls, activities, follow-up tasks and new opportunities
- Support dealer sales efforts with marketing materials and training; deliver webinars, virtual presentations and in-person sales talks
- Document transactions using Nexus and other CFS systems and support lease transaction documentation for customer signature
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Customer Service, Pricing, Tax, etc.) to facilitate lease transactions and resolve issues
- Provide accurate weekly sales forecast updates and participate in department projects and beta testing
- Participate in trade shows, dealer meetings and channel partner events and travel as needed
- Price lease transactions using TValue and HP financial calculator and support education for newer team members
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree required
- 3+ years of Dealer Finance Sales experience
- 5+ years of transactional finance required
- Proven relationship management skills in the leasing industry
- Proficient in finance structures and programs utilized in leasing industry
- Proficiency of Credit concepts
- Strong math aptitude, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written, verbal and group
- Strong computer skills including advance knowledge of TValue, Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Nexus and Leasewave
- Possess and demonstrate a thorough understanding of T-Value software and HP financial calculator use to price lease transactions
- Travel up to 10% to Trade Shows, Dealer Visits, and Customer Visits
- Team player with high energy, positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative
