  • Synthesize scanning, panel, and custom data sources to craft compelling, fact-based selling stories\n
  • Proactively analyze own and competitive performance to drive assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising initiatives\n
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to enhance retailer relationships and secure poppi’s position as a best-in-class partner\n
  • Present findings and recommendations to retailers, distributors, and cross-functional team members\n
  • Lead space planning activities, fair share analysis, and leakage trees for key customers\n
  • Remain current on industry and business issues and trends that affect our sales efforts and trends at retail

Requirements

  • 3+ years of category experience for a CPG company; beverage preferred\n
  • 1+ years of category experience with the Walmart account\n
  • Significant experience with Scintilla and a syndicated data provider (SPINS, Nielsen, and/or Circana) required\n
  • Experience with JDA or other space planning software\n
  • Experience with panel data sources, such as Numerator or Circana Complete Consumer\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI a plus\n
  • MBA or BS/BA degree in business or related field\n
  • Up to 10% travel domestically for business related meetings\n
  • Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
