  • Partner with the collegiate team to bring on campus activations and male driven events to life - tailgates, Greek events, athletics, and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ambassador output aligns with broader brand campaigns and storytelling moments.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) partnerships with college athletes and creators who align with poppi’s bold, disruptive voice.

  • Track and analyze NIL performance and engagement, optimizing partnerships for brand awareness and cultural impact.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with sports programs, fraternities, and student organizations to drive brand loyalty and visibility.
  • Act as a direct liaison to key campus influencers and micro-creators, building a flywheel of advocacy around poppi.
  • Provide real time insights into male college trends, behaviors, and content opportunities that can inform broader brand strategy.
  • Support surprise and delight campus moments to organically boost affinity among college audiences.
  • Serve as a front-facing content creator across platforms like TikTok and IG, authentically embodying poppi’s energy and humor.
  • Ideate and co-create campus-focused content that resonates with male audiences - from viral sports trends to fraternity humor and daily college life.
  • Contribute to broader social campaigns with a college lens, ensuring the student voice is represented in creative direction and tone.
  • Support the planning and execution of on-campus events, brand pop-ups, and experiential moments tied to sports, Greek life, and key cultural moments.
  • Attend and document events, creating behind-the-scenes and real time content that extends the moment across platforms.
  • Coordinate with the brand and field marketing teams to ensure poppi has a powerful, on-brand presence at major campus events.
