About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement scalable automation practices aligned with the overall test strategy
Design, develop, and maintain Selenium WebDriver scripts and test plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Automation Test Engineering
Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver and a programming language such as Java
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or TestRail
Experience with version control using Git
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for diagnosing test failures and enhancing test coverage
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes
Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
Willingness to perform manual end-to-end testing
Nice to have: experience with performance and accessibility testing tools such as JMeter or Locust
Nice to have: familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure
Nice to have: background in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or CodeceptJS
Nice to have: exposure to mobile test automation using Appium
