About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java to support enterprise applications and operational processes.
- Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Automate identity and access management tasks, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions by following security, quality, and operational best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and backend development using Java and Python (FastAPI).
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validating outputs and taking ownership of the final result.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift and Linux environments is desirable.
- Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Familiarity with banking-related processes is considered a plus.
- German language is considered a plus.
