About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java to support enterprise applications and operational processes.
Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Automate identity and access management tasks, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions by following security, quality, and operational best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and backend development using Java and Python (FastAPI).
Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validating outputs and taking ownership of the final result.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift and Linux environments is desirable.
Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Familiarity with banking-related processes is considered a plus.
German language is considered a plus.
