Engineer

• Develop and maintain advanced automation workflows using PowerShell, optimizing processes such as user provisioning, permission changes, resource configuration, and other operational tasks.
• Automate and support Microsoft 365-related operations, including tenant administration, user lifecycle management, license assignments, and configuration across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services, Windows operating systems, and Windows File Services, collaborating with senior engineers and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with clients to provide status updates on incidents and projects, coach junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimal solutions.
• Research, propose, and validate improvements to existing processes, documentation, and automation scripts; maintain and update technical documentation to support the entire team.
• Contribute to software packaging and deployment efforts, ensuring reliable delivery of applications across managed environments.
