About the role

  • Lead and oversee delivery of large-scale capital programs and projects across the energy value chain.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on capital strategy and governance.
  • Shape and deliver engagements spanning capital portfolio management and digital enablement.
  • Bring working knowledge of digital capital delivery platforms.
  • Advise clients on the selection and optimization of PMIS and digital tools.
  • Support application of data, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases to improve forecasting and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with digital, data, and technology teams to integrate capabilities into capital delivery strategies.
  • Help clients move from tool adoption to value realization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a consulting environment, with demonstrated experience shaping delivery strategies, leading pursuits, and advising clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field, or 15+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of formal degree.
  • Prior industry experience in engineering, construction management, project controls, or capital project delivery strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with energy owners, EPCs, or major capital programs, including exposure to digital delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate digital tools, data, or AI concepts into client solutions (hands-on configuration not required).
  • Professional experience communicating complex technical and digital topics in clear, business-focused terms.
  • Willingness and ability to support global clients and travel as required.
