About the role
- You’ll lead the delivery of controls services on large, complex construction programs and projects.
- You’ll define the controls approach, policies, procedures, and the assignment of roles and responsibilities for the controls team.
- You’ll establish reporting formats and reporting solutions in coordination with the client.
- You’ll analyze staffing requirements for the controls team and recommend team structures and supplemental resources as needed.
- You’ll lead the preparation of the program or project schedule and budget in close coordination with the client and management staff.
- You’ll analyze requirements and provide recommendations for program and project control systems and tools.
- You’ll manage the controls processes, oversee the preparation of reporting data, and deliver updates to client leadership.
- You’ll establish key delivery performance metrics and develop performance‑based reporting.
- You’ll establish and maintain internal control safeguards to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
- You’ll conduct controls meetings with the client’s executive staff, presenting the results of controls analyses.
- You’ll lead the controls team in resolving program and project issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years using Oracle/Primavera P6 scheduling software, plus proficiency with program management software such as e-Builder, Unifier, Kahua (preferred)
