Job Level

About the role

  • You'll implement project planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures that define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for both company and contractor teams.
  • You'll coordinate and collaborate with all project parties to generate master schedules for projects and programs, incorporating resource and cost loading.
  • You'll lead and support the project team in implementing an integrated, enterprise-based master schedule that reflects inputs from various parties and spans multiple projects.
  • You'll conduct project schedule analyses—including cost and resource-loaded schedules, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments—for both internal and contractor/third-party submissions.
  • You'll perform Critical Path Analyses and provide comprehensive reports on findings.
  • You'll analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master Schedule, identify bottlenecks or delays, propose corrective actions, and compile detailed reports.
  • You'll provide interface support and quality assurance for tracking and reporting schedule performance, while ensuring effective oversight, tracking, and monitoring of schedules.
  • You'll ensure that actual schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, engineers, and construction contractors is collected and fed back into the planning and scheduling systems.
  • You'll analyze and communicate the overall schedule impact of any variance or change order to clarify their effects on project timelines.
  • You'll prepare the planning and scheduling inputs for inclusion in Project Controls reports and executive presentations.
  • You'll ensure compliance with quality standards and support participation in ISO audits.
  • You'll perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
  • **Remote**: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
